The duty: lift, hold, repeat — far from a socket
A rental scissor lift lives a hard life: deep discharge on whichever site it is on, charged by whoever remembers, often left flat over a weekend. Two construction choices decide survival. Tubular positive plates hold their active material through the daily deep cycling that strips flat plates — the physics is on our technology page. And honest capacity at the working rate: compare blocks at the five-hour rate, not the flattering twenty-hour figure.
For rental companies the battery is a margin line: a block that gives one extra season across a two-hundred-machine fleet pays for its price difference many times over. That is the buyer we build for.

Will your blocks fit my machines?
Access platforms use standardised battery bays but not identical ones — send the machine make/model or the old battery’s nameplate and bay dimensions, and the quotation confirms fit, weight and terminal layout the same working day.
Why not just fit cheaper automotive or inverter batteries?
Because the duty is deep daily cycling — the one thing automotive plates cannot survive. A cheap block that dies mid-season costs a rental company more in call-outs and downtime than the price difference ever saved. Deep-cycle tubular construction exists precisely for this duty.
What charging do site crews need to follow?
Three habits: charge fully after use rather than in casual snatches, never store the machine flat, and water at the end of charge with clean water. We supply the one-page discipline with every fleet order — laminated, because sites are sites.
